About Us

Aiding
Post-Secondary Students

The Canadian Collegiate Buying Group (CANCOLL) is Canada’s largest college and university purchasing group dedicated to merchandise purchasing.  CANCOLL negotiates low industry pricing and rebates with major Canadian manufacturers and distributors of products that campus stores stock on their shelves every day.  We not only provide a connection between store members and our vendor partner, but we strive to provide the best service and prices to Canadian post-secondary, institutionally-owned campus stores, enabling them to serve their institutions effectively and provide services to ensure student success.

CANCOLL Annual General  Meeting

As required by the governing by-laws, CANCOLL hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year.  During the AGM, the Business Manager and Board of Directors provide an update to the store members about the organization, the store members vote on any new motions, and the store members vote on new executives for the Board every two years.

It is important to note that voting is limited to one vote per institution at the AGM.  Multiple campuses within a single institution are considered as one for the purposes of voting on motions at the AGM.
