Vendor partners are a vital part of CANCOLL’s and campus stores’ operations. Our vendor partners work closely with our campus store members to provide students with the necessary supplies and merchandise to succeed.

Every year, CANCOLL goes through a request for quotation (RFQ) process.
In October of each year, CANCOLL collects projected units purchased for different categories of merchandise from its store members.
In late November, CANCOLL will send out its request for quotation forms to vendors that are interested in submitting a bid. Bids are due in January.
After evaluation by the Executive Board of CANCOLL, the winning bids are notified in February with pricing coming into effect for April 1st. Typically, the pricing would be held for store members for the year, April to March.
In January 2019, CANCOLL began partnering with technology vendors and distributors. With these partnerships, a specific contract is negotiated between the vendor partner and CANCOLL to provide specific rebate amounts to and/or specific pricing for our store members.
